These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LITONGWIN websites, software, APIs, and related services. By using LITONGWIN, you agree to these Terms. If you use LITONGWIN on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. Service

LITONGWIN provides growth operations software for organizing performance data, attribution signals, project mapping, creative intelligence, and evidence-based optimization workflows. Features may change over time as we improve the service.

2. Accounts and Organizations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Organization administrators are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, connected services, and business data in their workspace.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of data that you submit, upload, or connect to LITONGWIN. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that data to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide or connect such data.

4. Connected Services

If you connect third-party services, you authorize LITONGWIN to access and process the data made available by those services according to the permissions you grant. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use LITONGWIN to:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform policies.
• Access data without authorization or bypass security controls.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
• Misrepresent performance data, attribution data, or business results.
• Use the service to make unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive advertising decisions.

6. Recommendations and Decisions

LITONGWIN may provide analytics, alerts, and recommendations. These outputs are informational and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before business action is taken. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and used only for purposes related to the service.

8. Fees and Payment

Paid plans, if applicable, will be governed by the relevant order form, subscription terms, or written agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement or required by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may harm LITONGWIN, other customers, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or any specific business result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LITONGWIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
